DO YOU PRACTISE ANY SPORT? WHY?

Now a do Pilates two hours a week because i usually feel pain in my back an this helps me to reduce it.

A few years ago i use to practise backs troke in the pool because this is also good for my back but i diden't feel fine and i hated it. If it didn't hunt me i would probably do more sport. I would like to play football and do more physical activities  to be better and healthier.

I like to do Pilates because i meet people of many ages too. Another positive point about doing Pilates is i can talk whith my partners and i think it is great fun.
